Toby Moritz

Toby is a Senior Associate with Kelly & Co. Lawyers’ IP/Media & Entertainment Team. He has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious matter involving intellectual property management and enforcement, film production and finance, broadcasting, defamation, brand protection and confidential information.

Toby acts for a range of major arts and entertainment organizations, ranging from national television broadcasters, newspapers, arts funding and development bodies (including the SAFC and Adelaide Film Festival,) as well as independent producers.
